Hendersonville NC Events Calendar

Every Friday morning at 10 a.m., trained volunteer guides lead small groups of participants throughout the Arboretum’s nationally-known cultivated gardens. Depending on the season, topics of discussion include descriptions of garden design, seasonal plants and the Arboretum’s history, art and general gardening information. Gardens on the tour include the Heritage Garden, signature Quilt Garden, Stream Garden, Bonsai Exhibition Garden (general information only) and the Plants of Promise Garden.

Due to length and content, this program is not recommended for children under 8 years of age.

Parking: $14.00

Note: The first Tuesday of every month, the Arboretum also offers a 50% discount on personal vehicle parking ($7).
