Trick or Treat with downtown merchants from Allen Street to 6th Avenue! Trick or Treating begins at 5pm, Costume Contest registration begins at 4:30pm, with judging to follow at 6pm. The costume contest is held in the 400 block of Main. At the conclusion of the contest stick around for the kids Monster Mash Street Dance
